The Farmhouse

We are now able to offer bed and breakfast from our farmhouse. We have the Butterfly Room and the Orchid Room. The rooms have spectacular views of the Campsie Fells and our alpaca herd. The rooms can be superking size or twin and each have ensuite bath/shower rooms. The Butterfly room has a bath ‘ for two’ and a hand held shower. The Orchid room has a walk in shower.

The Barn

The Barn was our first project. It was a ruin and we have created a lovely three bedroomed house with large kitchen, living and dining area.

All bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one with a walk-in shower and the other two with bath and integral shower. The water is under mains pressure so the showers have some force! The ground floor has natural wood flooring combined with underfloor heating which extends to the upstairs bathrooms.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area is fitted to a very high standard with Neff ceramic hob, electric oven and dishwasher. There is also a microwave and larder fridge with a freezer compartment. The Barn has a separate laundry room with a washer dryer.

The lounge has extremely comfortable leather sofas and looks on to a decked area which is west facing for the afternoon/ evening sun. The Barn has its own enclosed outside space with tasteful planters and garden furniture. We can supply a BBQ for alfresco dining.

The Barn can be booked on a self catering basis or on an individual bed and breakfast basis. The three ensuite bedrooms are called Lomond – Kingsize room, Endrick – Superking or Twin room, Luss Superking or Twin room.

Blane and Menteith Cottages

We have now completed two cottages which form part of the courtyard - both completed to a high standard with slate floors and leather sofas. The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. Each cottage has its own outside patio in the sheltered courtyard. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and there is a separate laundry on site with a large Whirlpool washing machine and tumble drier. Each cottage has two bedrooms a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower and a twin room with ensuite bath and shower. The cottages are centrally heated and the bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Should you also like to bring your horse, our neighbour can provide livery.
