Welcome to Campsie Cottages!

Welcome to Campsie Cottages which is located in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs region of Scotland. We specialise in the provision of high quality self catering and bed and breakfast holiday accommodation.

We also have a herd of alpacas at the farm and they are used to produce very fine quality, Scottish yarn.

The location is spectacular with views of the Campsie Fells and the farm is bounded to the South by the River Endrick.

Ballochruin Farm is close to the villages of Killearn and Balfron and within 2 miles of the Loch Lomond National Park and the West Highland Way. The farm is in a very rural and quiet setting but is accessible to all major cities in Central Scotland. Stirling 30mins, Glasgow 40 mins, Perth and Edinburgh 60 mins.

In 2011 Art4you Scotland moved with their studio into our converted barn building. Art4you offers various art classes, art weekends and art holiday weeks.

At Campsie Cottages we also focuses on our exceptional alpaca herd. We breed from some of the best bloodlines in the UK and this results in a very high standard of animal.

We chose to start breeding alpacas in 2005 and from there we have built a large and productive herd. To find out more about our self catering and bed and breakafst accommodation, please check out the accommodation section.
